Admission Process
At Westminster Christian Institute Uganda (WCIU), we have designed a simple and student-friendly admission process to help you join our academic family with ease
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
Application forms can be picked up from the Admissions Office at WCIU or downloaded from our official website.
Step 2: Complete the Application Form
Carefully fill out the form, ensuring all sections are complete and accurate.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents
Attach the following supporting documents to your application:
Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates
A copy of a valid identification document (National ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate)
Proof of payment for the non-refundable application fee
Step 4: Submit Your Application
Hand-deliver or send your completed application and supporting documents to the WCIU Admissions Office before the deadline.
Step 5: Application Review
The Admissions Committee will review your application to ensure all requirements are met.
Step 6: Notification of Admission
Once your application has been assessed, successful applicants will receive an official letter of admission.
Step 7: Enrollment and Registration
Admitted students are required to complete registration and payment of the necessary tuition and fees to confirm their place.
